Declination input issues in the Target Editor

I’m experiencing two issues when typing or pasting declination coordinates into the Target Editor, such as −68° 35′ 26″:

Incorrect sign formatting: Negative declinations sometimes appear with an additional “+” before the minus sign, producing values such as +-70.

Arcseconds are not preserved: The seconds value changes to an approximate value instead of retaining exactly what I entered. For example, I enter −68° 35′ 26″, but the field displays −68° 35′ 27.6″

The field should preserve the negative sign and the exact degrees, arcminutes, and arcseconds entered.

Could you please investigate and confirm whether these issues also affect the saved coordinates used for telescope pointing?
