Hi Support, When accessing the "Discover" page from the dashboard, all telescopes are selected by default under the "Telescopes" section—even if I had previously selected a specific telescope. However, in that scenario, I only want to see data relevant to that specific telescope. This means I have to deselect all the other telescopes. While this is manageable right now, if all telescopes were active, I would have to deselect about 21 others. In my point of view it is a bit inefficient. Would it be possible to have the system default to only the previously selected telescope under "Telescopes"—with all others deactivated—when navigating to "Discover" after having already chosen a specific telescope? Hi Support, at T2 I have captured IC5146 to check wether the pointing is meanwhile correct - it is another feedback. By chance I saw that on the T2 status page the “Last Image” was not updated. It’s not IC5146. It shows the image from the run before. With reference to the attached screenshot. Would it be possible to see the really last image in the preview window? Many Greetings Peter

I had a session booked for T72 but the roof was closed and the scope offline. I could have cancelled but when it was offline but let it stay to see what happened. The booked session passed but did not delete. Is this because the booking agent cannot talk to the telescope? I would be better if a session does not start for any reason it was deleted and points refunded but perhaps the telescope needed to be online

One feature I like about the old iTelescope platform is the booking summary. Maybe it is implemented but I cannot find it on the main page. If this feature is possible it would be great when a number of sessions on different scopes or repeats are booked over more than one week

I have tried to acquire narrowband images with T72 with an almost full moon (about 100 degrees separation from the target) a couple times in the last days. Unfortunately focus failed on both occasions. I know from using T72 on the original platform that the system uses luminance which can be a bit tricky. On at least one other scope I have used (SSO?) I noticed that the software switched to using a red filter for focus if it fails a number of times with Lum. If this is not implemented on T72 would you consider this a potential improvement? As you know narrowband imaging can be successful even with a near full moon if there is acceptable angular separation. Just a thought!

I have used T20 and T74 both of which are colour cameras. With T74 the calibration files are 3-channel which I expected, but with T20 they are single channel. I have been able to achieve reasonable results with T20 using Cosmetic Correction to get rid of hot pixels, but why not provide 3-channel Calibration files like you have with T74. The sing channel bias master for T20 is seriously over-exposed which is really strange as it should be readout noise.

After I click on a scope to set up a run, I’d love to be able to see details about the scope - Scope type, dimensions, camera, filters, horizon, etc.

Hi Support, I would like to download the images of my last run, but the Download in "My Data" is no more working at all. Below is the captured run for the download. After clicking "download data" that windows opens - with the information “Download as ZIP works in every browser. After clicking "Start Download" all files were compressed. But now window opens to select the download folder on my computer. Tested with Brave browser. The FireFox-Browser has another behabvior. The below error message pops up. In the Edge-browser it works - the download notification is in German language.

Hello Support, I use KeePassXC for logging in. The login details are automatically filled into the "Email" and "Password" fields. However, I have to click "Sign in" twice before an email containing the "verification code" is sent. If I copy and paste the "Email" and "Password" from KeePassXC, the "verification code" is sent immediately. Tested with the Brave browser. Many Greetings Peter

When you create plan with multiple filters it is not clear if repeats are performed together at the same time or as a group of repeats. In this respect the new interface is inferior to iTelescope with an image set then number of image set repeats. The rest of the interface is great. Need clear sky to test the operational side

Would be great to see brief info about each telescope (e.g. FL and F ratio) either in-line (in the status row, see screenshot) or when hovering over the name. In the old site, I would constantly tab between the support site and the main interface when trying to identify telescope specs.

Hi Support, First of all—StellarDock looks really good; it’s great fun to test and work with - congratulation! Now, however, a perhaps minor issue. After adding another target to "New Plan" using "Add Target," I couldn't immediately figure out how to delete that second target. In the help section, a trash icon appears immediately when you hover the mouse over the target. In the live system, however, the trash icon only becomes visible when you hover the mouse directly over the icon's specific position. I tested this using Brave and Firefox. Many Greetings Peter
