Can't save phone # on profile

When attempting to save my phone # into profile, I am getting “Access Token does not have required scopes” error. Formatting the phone number is also problematic. If the correct format isn’t used (for example, from Chrome’s “autofill” feature, the error is “Enter a valid phone number including the country code (e.g. +1 555 000 0000)”. Please address by allowing autofill and associated formatting.
